Quality Certifications and Systems
Olson Machining maintains a comprehensive quality program that guides everything we do. From calibration procedures to management review meetings, our processes are designed to deliver high-quality parts to our customers. We can provide inspection reports for first article, in-process inspection, PPAP, and certifications for raw material, plating, and other outside services.
A recent addition to our quality program is the Hexagon Global 7107 CMM with PC-DIMS software, fully automated with probe-changing capability.
Productivity Continuous Improvement
We deliver industry leading quality and value by specializing in multi-tasking equipment. Our process plans complete parts in a single operation reducing complexity and increasing throughput. Twin spindle multiplex centers with robotic gantry loading reduce cycle times up to 40%. Six pallet horizontal machining centers capable of manipulating several parts provide excellent quality and productivity, with no load time and unmanned hours. Automating in-process quality checks through C.M.M. inspection equipment improves both quality and productivity delivering outstanding value to our customers.
