To serve the demands of different industries, we have structured our operations into two centers of excellence: 'JOB SHOP' and 'PRODUCTION'.
The 'JOB SHOP' center is configured for small quantity runs and parts that will repeat over time. This team excels in delivering complex, intricate parts while offering great value through focused expertise and efficiencies. This center was established to serve the low volume production and spare parts industries.
In order to serve the special needs of your business, our customer service has procedures for tracking 'HOT ORDERS'. Quotes are typically turned around in 48 hours with immediate, over the phone pricing for repeat orders to eliminate delays.
The 'PRODUCTION' component side of our business is directed toward high volume runs and repeat work (regular shipments) from 250 to 25,000 pieces. Investments in state-of-the-art robotic equipment, trained staff, and quality processes enable Olson Machining to deliver maximum throughput with, in many cases, single operations. Work teams dedicated to employing lean principles, with systems and processes focused to deliver maximum productivity and competitive pricing to our customers.
Whether job shop or production parts, all parts pass our quality systems and are shipped deburred, preserved, and packaged to prevent shipping and handling damage. We take great pride in our workmanship and employ procedures to exceed our customer expectations.
